AI training for business
Practical, role-based AI training for business teams across the UK, so your people use AI for the volume, check what it produces and escalate what it should not decide.

Where the line sits
Search for “AI training” and much of what comes back is paid work labelling data for AI models.
This page is about the other side of that market: AI training for business, for employers who want their own teams to use AI well.
We are an AI training company for businesses, and every programme we run is built around human-in-the-loop habits.
Alongside the tools, your people learn three things: how to check an output, when to escalate, and what never to paste in.
We tailor each programme to your roles, your data and the tasks your teams actually do each week.

Programmes
Most organisations need three different programmes, not one generic course.
Leaders need to set direction, own the risk and ask better questions of vendors, which is what our AI training for executives covers.
The whole workforce needs practical AI literacy: using approved tools on real tasks and checking what comes back.
Governance, risk, data protection and operations leads need to design the controls, so our AI governance course goes deeper on frameworks and oversight.
Every programme uses your own examples, so people practise on the work they will do next week.
Illustrative batch with a typical confidence spread. Your real split comes from a pilot on your own work. Some decisions go to a person whatever the score.
Human in the loop
Tool features change every few months, but good habits last.
We teach staff to treat every AI output as a draft until a person has checked it.
We teach a simple escalation rule: if an output affects someone’s money, rights, health or legal position, a named person decides.
We teach what never to paste in, such as personal data, client-confidential material and passwords, using the ICO’s guidance on AI and data protection as the reference point.
The ICO says human review cannot be a token gesture and should be done by someone with the authority to change the decision.
So our exercises ask people to find the error and challenge the answer, not just approve it.
Why now
The ONS reports that around 35% of UK businesses with 10 or more staff now use at least one AI technology.
The same ONS analysis found only 11% of those businesses had given AI-related training to more than half their workforce.
That gap is where mistakes, data leaks and wasted licences come from.
Skills England’s PRIMES principles say effective AI training should be practical, reachable, integrated, modular, expandable and sustainable.
We design our AI training for business to the same idea: short, role-based sessions tied to real workflows, refreshed as your tools change.
If you want a hands-on starting point for one team, our AI workshops are a good first step.

How it works
Each system ships with a named person accountable for what it does.
01
We find out who uses which AI tools, for what tasks, and where the data and decision risks sit.
02
We build separate tracks for leaders, the wider workforce and governance teams, using your own examples.
03
Sessions run in person or remotely, with hands-on exercises on checking outputs and escalating edge cases.
04
We leave you with a short record of who was trained on what, plus refreshers as tools and rules change.
